Kayla Brown, MS, CMD is a Certified Medical Dosimetrist with over 9 years of experience in Radiation Oncology.  Kayla has a B.S. in Biology from Valdosta State University and a M.S. in Medical Dosimetry from John Patrick University. She started her career as a dosimetrist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, GA and served as Director of Remote Dosimetry for the CTCA enterprise as well as leader of the SRS dosimetry team for over 4 years. Over her entire career she has worked in a fast-paced environment utilizing multiple planning systems to produce the highest standard of care for patients. Kayla joined Varian in 2021 and serves as the manager of the quality insurance program and a senior dosimetrist.
