The prior authorization process in Radiation Oncology has become very challenging. This presentation will highlight the role of the dosimetrist within the Prior Authorization Workflow process and provide guidance on how their expertise can help mitigate denials.

Presenter:
Francinna Scott-Jones, CPAR, ROCC, FAAAC, is the Radiation Oncology Financial Coordinator at Northside Hospital Cancer Institute. She has been involved in medical billing since 2002. Francinna has a Bachelor in Science - Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa.
