Medical dosimetrists are unique in health care. Medical dosimetrists work in diverse healthcare organizations providing therapeutic clinical services to radiation oncology patients.   Given the uniqueness of the medical dosimetry workforce, compensation data can be difficult to obtain.  A survey of medical dosimetry professionals has been conducted to survey, evaluate and understand salary levels and trends in medical dosimetry.  The analysis evaluates experience, certifications, regional disparities and industry-specific trends, with a nuanced understanding of the current compensation landscape for medical dosimetrists. This session aims to equip participants with insights, enabling them to benchmark their own salaries effectively and make informed decisions about their career trajectories.

Learner Outcomes:

  1. Summarizes the results the current salary survey
  2. Establish trends in the dosimetry workforce
  3. Utilize survey results for compensation purposes
