Treatment planning has traditionally relied on an iterative process of adjusting objectives, re-optimizing plans, and balancing target coverage with organ-at-risk sparing. What if you could begin every case with greater confidence in what's achievable?

This session explores how predictive planning is changing the treatment planning workflow by helping dosimetrists start with patient-specific planning objectives before optimization begins. Using Plan AI as the foundation, we'll demonstrate how predictive dose guidance can reduce unnecessary iterations, improve planning efficiency, and support consistently high-quality treatment plans.

We'll then extend that workflow to show how AdaptCHECK and emerging plan quality technologies build on the same philosophy, providing confidence from planning through treatment delivery. Attendees will see real clinical examples, practical workflow strategies, and new approaches to improving quality management across the radiation therapy planning process.

Presenters:
Greg Robinson, M.S., CMD, has more than 25 years of experience in Radiation Oncology and currently serves as Product Line Director at Sun Nuclear, where he leads Product Development/ Management for Patient Quality and Advanced Analytics solutions.

Prior to joining Sun Nuclear in 2014, Greg spent nearly 15 years working across a wide range of clinical settings throughout the United States. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Director of Clinical Services at Radiation Oncology Resources (ROR), where he led science-based best-practice initiatives in treatment planning, contouring, and clinical standardization.

Before earning his Master’s degree in Medical Physics in 2012, Greg practiced as a clinical medical dosimetrist and radiation therapist, and also contributed as a researcher and educator. His career uniquely spans frontline clinical practice, leadership, and product strategy, enabling him to bridge clinical needs with scalable, data-driven solutions.

Dayna Bodensteiner, CMD, is the Clinical Marketing Manager for Mirion Medical. With more than 25 years of experience in radiation oncology, including as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist, she serves as the clinical voice of the marketing team, helping bridge the gap between product innovation and clinical practice.

In her current role, Dayna manages Mirion Medical's clinical reference site program, cultivates relationships with clinical product champions, and leads educational initiatives that showcase the real-world impact of the company's technologies. She also serves as the Symposium Program Director for QADS.

Before joining Mirion in 2024, Dayna spent her career advancing radiation therapy treatment planning technologies. She held leadership roles at Philips Medical and later at RaySearch Laboratories, where she served as Director of Product Management for North and South America. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about empowering dosimetrists with innovative tools that help create the best possible treatment plan for every patient.
