This session will follow the treatment planning workflow and highlight the tools that have made the biggest impact in our own clinical experience. No raindrops on roses or whiskers on kittens here—just the workflow improvements and planning tools we find ourselves recommending again and again. We'll kick things off with our favorite AutoContour capabilities, from recently released models to post-processing tools that quickly create clean, standardized planning structures. Then we'll move into fluence editing in EZFluence, our go-to ClearCheck verifications (including adding checks on the fly), and finish by showing how ChartCheck Adaptive brings everything together to make offline adaptive assessment objective and metric-driven.

And because no celebration of Radformation would be complete without them, we'll also highlight the Clinical Success team, whose expertise helps users get the most from their software every step of the way.

Presenters:
Dan Frieling, CMD, is a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager at Radformation who brings over a decade of hands-on radiation oncology experience to the role, having spent five years as a medical dosimetrist and five years as a radiation therapist. He specializes in helping clinics adopt and optimize Radformation's suite of tools, bridging deep clinical expertise with the practical realities of getting new technology up and running in the treatment planning workflow.

Mike Sorge, CMD, is the Manager of Radformation’s North American Success team, leading two of the groups responsible for customer implementations, onboarding, and long-term success across many of the company’s product portfolio. A Dosimetrist by trade, he works closely with clinics throughout North America to help teams adopt best practices, maximize the value of their Radformation solutions, and achieve successful clinical outcomes. Living in central Ohio with his growing family, Mike brings his enthusiasm for constant improvement and infectious energy to today’s webinar to introduce some of the success team you may encounter when working with us.

Sasha Crocken-Gerald, CMD, is a Clinical Success Manager at Radformation, where she has been helping clinics across the U.S. and Canada get the most out of their Radformation solutions since 2023. Hailing from Maryland's Eastern Shore, Sasha began her career as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) before returning to school to become a Medical Dosimetrist, a role she held for five years. Her clinical experience provides a strong foundation and fuels her passion for helping radiation oncology teams streamline their workflows and enhance patient care.

Marie Csizmadia, CDC, is a Clinical Success Manager at Radformation, supporting clinics across the Southwest and Central territories from Canada. Before joining Radformation, she worked as a radiation therapist on the treatment floor and in CT simulation before transitioning into medical dosimetry, where she spent seven years at a high-volume cancer center in Canada planning a wide range of treatment sites and techniques. She is passionate about understanding clinic workflows and helping teams get the most out of their Radformation products.
