Medical dosimetrists are unique in health care. Medical dosimetrists work in diverse health care organizations providing therapeutic clinical services to radiation oncology patients. Given the uniqueness of the medical dosimetry workforce, obtaining compensation data can be difficult. A survey of medical dosimetry professionals, based on 2025 data, has been conducted to evaluate and understand salary levels and trends in medical dosimetry. The analysis evaluates experience, certifications, regional disparities and industry-specific trends, with a nuanced understanding of the current compensation landscape for medical dosimetrists. This session aims to equip participants with insights to effectively benchmark their salaries and make informed decisions about their career trajectories.
